This is a 3rd Shift Role operating on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. The shift will be from 6:30PM - 5AM.

Supervise the operations and responsibilities of the warehouse team and designated facility. Work with Operations leadership to make certain company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Supervision: Oversee and guide a team of direct reports by providing training, performance feedback, and assigning tasks to optimize productivity and efficiency.Operational Management: Direct all operational activities, including managing incoming and outgoing shipments, merchandise organization, and maintaining inventory control to ensure smooth warehouse operations.Production Planning: Develop production schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines, ensuring proper tracking of time and production records.Reporting: Regularly track and communicate warehouse activity data, including sales, inventory control, and purchasing, and send timely reports to designated plant personnel.Inventory & Supply Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate purchasing activities to ensure products are readily available to meet customer demand.

Additional Responsibilities:

Equipment Operation: Operate machinery and material handling equipment to support warehouse operations.Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee concerns, fostering an open communication environment across all levels of the organization.Project Execution: Lead and execute special projects as assigned, ensuring timely and efficient completion.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: At least 2 years of leadership experience in warehouse or logistics operations.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to manage daily tasks and streamline operations.Conflict Management: Strong ability to manage and resolve conflicts while maintaining a positive and collaborative team environment.Physical Demands: Must be able to work in various temperature conditions, ranging from -20°F (-25°C) in cold storage to 100°F (37°C) in dry storage, while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) and freezer gear. Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. (weight may vary depending on the facility).Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, as needed to meet operational demands.Adaptability: Comfort in working in varying noise levels and dynamic warehouse environments.

Pay Range:$54,000.00 - $91,100.00
