1. Timely update the warehouse SOP and provide training to warehouse employees to ensure that everyone follows the SOP in their daily work

2. Responsible for handling warehouse issues, including root cause investigation, document preparation, communication and cooperation with relevant parties, and implementation of corresponding activities for resolution.

3. Create a business process analysis diagram to optimize warehouse workflow. Track and ensure the implementation of warehouse improvement projects.

4. Responsible for arranging and implementing daily departmental production plans, including manpower planning, timeliness planning, and quality planning

5. Conduct EHS inspections in the warehouse area, track and resolve issues.

6. Assist department managers in handling daily business, including monitoring inventory status, document management, and other tasks.

7. Conduct performance evaluations on subordinates.

8. Support other factories as necessary.

9. Other tasks assigned by superiors.
