Summary Job title: Warehouse Supervisor Job ID: 202434320001 Department: Jeffersonville - FCES Location: IN-Jeffersonville Description Summary: We are looking for an effective and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day to day operations at our facility. Primary responsibilities will include planning delivery routes for our drivers, overseeing receiving, shipping, and maintaining an organized warehouse. You will work alongside the profit center and operations managers to plan and implement continuous improvement projects. You may be required to take deliveries on days that we have a high volume of outgoing orders or on days that other employees are scheduled off. Reports to: Profit Center Manager Minimum Qualifications: + High School Diploma or GED + minimum 2 years management experience + minimum 1 year work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or manager + Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives + Strong decision making and problem solving skills + Excellent communication and organization skills Preferred Qualifications: No additional qualifications Working Conditions: Warehouse environment (concrete floors) and outdoor conditions (on asphalt, gravel, or grass) including sometimes extreme hot/cold temperatures. Some job functions may require extended periods of sitting or standing. Driving will be required both local and highway utilizing company vehicles.
