$66,560 - $76,220

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll become a part of this mission by overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse team. You’ll lead, coach & develop associates to their highest potential and foster a culture of safe & efficient warehouse operations.

Job Description

Shift : 2PM-FINISH OR 4PM-FINISH OR 2AM-FINISH 4-5 days a week
Location - Stockton, CA

You will contribute by:

Overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse team in the fulfilment of customer ordersEnsuring proper execution of all established quality, safety & sanitation practices of warehouse operationsCollaborating with the Shift Manager to contribute to the development of employee performanceProviding continuous feedback to Warehouse Associates to improve employee relations & retention.Performing audits, accident investigations and making recommendations for distribution center improvementOccasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

We’re searching for candidates with:

3+ years of related experience as a warehouse supervisor is highly desired (managing 15+ employees) or 5+ years related experience as a warehouse supervisor is highly desired (managing 15+ employees)Exposure to warehouse management systems, voice recognition, inventory control and/or labor management a plusDynamic manager, comfortable speaking in large groupsOpen scheduling availability (nights and/or weekends may be required)The ability to safely & efficiently move merchandise up to 60lbs & stand/walk up to 12 hoursDesire to work with a team to support causes that positively impact our communitiesBilingual English/Spanish a plusAbility and willingness to follow and reinforce all safety policies and procedures
