Our client, a leading logistics company, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations at their facility in Swedesboro, NJ. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in warehouse management and a passion for process improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

Supervise team leads to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.Train clerks on essential paperwork to ensure job functions are performed correctly.Enforce accountability among employees and apply disciplinary measures as needed according to company policies.Conduct quality checks to verify compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer complaints and production challenges.Achieve high customer satisfaction levels through effective receiving, identification, dispatching, and quality assurance of goods.Measure and report on the effectiveness of warehouse activities and employee performance.Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas efficiently.Ensure accuracy in shipments and inventory transactions.Clearly communicate job expectations and provide coaching to team members.Determine staffing needs and allocate workloads effectively.Interface with customers to answer inquiries and resolve issues.Maintain accurate records, document necessary information, and generate reports to project warehouse status.Identify opportunities for improvement and innovate or adjust existing work procedures.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.Proficiency in SAP and warehouse software packages.Strong MS Office skills.Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data effectively.Hands-on commitment to achieving results.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
