Your role and responsibilities

Main point of contact for an essential part of the supply chain process, in charge of maintaining safety standards to ensure that products are delivered safely and efficiently to our customers.The work model for the role is: onsite #LI-onsiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power division in Mebane, NC. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tCoding and preparing proper receipt/dispatch paperwork.•\tEnsuring maintenance of equipment and facilities and identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.•\tOptimizing warehouse capacity, inventory, and floor utilization and supervising and assisting in daily warehouse and shipping operations.•\tRecommending measures to improve service quality, increase departmental efficiency, and boost the performance of work crews and equipment; and ensuring stock accuracy by conducting periodic stock takes and/or cycle counting.Our team dynamicsYou will join a talented team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

Associate’s degree in a related field required. 5 years of experience required.Materials, Warehouse management, Inventory management etc. Proven management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development.Experience leading a team preferred.SAP ERP experience preferred.Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
