What you will do:
Trane Technologies is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Pueblo, CO. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for inventory storage strategy, Line-side material delivery, and all inventory project initiatives within a particular factory. This position is also a key enabler of lean and continuous improvement in the plant. Key performance indicators for this position are inventory accuracy, on-time kitting fill rate, and material put-away timeliness.
Position Responsibilities:
Primary point of responsibility for inventory management and strategy for one of two manufacturing sites. Ensures optimization of materials management activities including inventory planning and storing strategies. Responsible for the implementation, support and compliance of the cycle count and physical inventory standard work playbook processes and systems to facilitate best in class inventory management. Develop and drive countermeasures for underperforming key processes. Manage materials and inventory in a manner consistent with the requirements of a Lean Six-Sigma manufacturing environment. Ensure inventory alignment to the published SIOP consensus plan.This is a safety sensitive role
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the integrated functions of materials management. A minimum of 1 years in managerial/leadership experience focusing on resource planning and talent development. Experience with rate-based or flow line (non-MRP) and job shop manufacturing environments. Experience in inventory management, MRP, visual management systems, scheduling, and lean manufacturing processes.Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $80,000 - $105,000
