Position Responsibilities:

Responsible for the training and the process of checking in drivers, technicians, and contractors in the areaEnsure reporting is complete and submitted Ensure all shipping and receiving paperwork is completed based on the written Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and audit requirementsWork with Managment to ensure the needs of customers are metProvide solid analytical data and be able to present and displayMust be able to use and train others using PKMSResponsible for interviewing Update all job descriptions and SOPsIdentifying best practice Develop and implement sustainable processes for warehouse execution Create and maintain business requirement documentation and reporting  Develop and create process workflows, training documentations, One Point Lessons (OPLS), skill matrixDaily, weekly, and monthly audits and reconciliation requirements (QA, Safety, Paperwork, external audits)Provide technical leadership, coaching, training and mentoring Coordinate Alchemy and forklift training to ensure each employee compliesSupport food safety, quality, and legalitySupport and comply with all continuous improvement programs, food safety, quality management systems, employee safety, and preventative maintenance programsManage and maintain warehouse equipment (i.e. forklifts, floor scrubbers, pallet wrappers)Enforce all company policies and procedures

Shipping, Receiving and Inventory

Understand the picking process and storage process operationally and via SAP and train toward itManage daily, weekly, and monthly cycle countsAdhere to all corporate regulations, and department goalsExecute all job responsibilities in the departmentIdentify operational gaps and execute plans to close the gapsManage label process, inventory, and daily count processReconciliation (Open POs, PSA Inventory, Inventory Accuracy, Error Analysis, Ghost Inventory, Consumption Accuracy)Ensure timely and effective communication with team and process owners Responsible for all training and development of direct and indirect laborProvide and maintain SAP End-User access requests and approvalsSupport and comply with all continuous improvement programs, food safety, quality management systems, employee safety, and preventative maintenance programs. Follow all company policies and procedures  Execute all other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:
