To learn more about Berry, visit berryglobal.com **Responsibilities** A day in the life of a Warehouse Supervisor is never the same but, in this role, you can make a positive impact as you work with warehouse associates to ensure productivity, excellent customer service and efficient operations for a leader in the plastics manufacturing industry. Responsibilities included, but are not limited to: + Supervise the day-to-day warehouse activities within your area such as shipping, receiving, selection, loading and/or storage. + Maintain warehouse reporting on related key performance indicators. + Ensure compliance with warehouse and shipping procedures. + Ensure proper maintenance of and report any issues related to equipment. + Work with the Warehouse Manager to coordinate day-to-day scheduling of associates. **Qualifications** + Associates Degree or relevant industry experience is required. Bachelor's degree preferred. + Minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment is required. + Minimum three (3) years of warehouse distribution experience is preferred. + Distribution experience within the manufacturing industry is highly preferred. + Outstanding leadership and training skills is essential. + Ability to multi-task and have good follow through to meet deadlines. + Must have the Ability and willingness to work flexible hours based on business needs. + Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word) is required. + Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems is critical.
