**Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our warehouse. The ideal candidate will maintain proper temperature records, handle invoices, and ensure food safety. You will also monitor and improve key performance indicators, supervise evening assemblers, and communicate with vendors for maintenance. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Oracle systems is essential. **Responsibilities** + Maintain proper temperature of trucks and keep records prior to departure. + Handle and arrange paperwork and invoices. + Perform various food safety-related tasks. + Monitor and improve key performance indicators and accuracy of assemblers. + Supervise evening assemblers and report to the manager if necessary. + Maintain and communicate with vendors for repairs and maintenance. + Allocate tasks evenly among assemblers by reviewing schedules periodically. + Prepare daily assembly schedules for the most efficient output. + Arrange and prepare daily paperwork (invoices) for delivery. + Assist the logistics manager in writing employee performance reviews. **Essential Skills** + Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Oracle systems. + Experience in warehouse operations, invoicing, and vendor management. + Ability to handle sorting, loading, unloading, breaking down pallets, forklift operation, packing, packaging, RF scanner usage, material handling, order picking, and palletizing. + Positive work history and ability to maintain solid attendance. + Knowledge of principles and practices of supervision and training. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work extended hours based on necessity. + Physical ability to lift heavy objects over 50 pounds. **Why Work Here?** We offer a contract-to-hire position with increased pay over time.
