The salary range for this role is:
$64,718.69 - $106,763.83Responsibilities:
The primary objective of warehousing is to maximize the effective use of the warehouse resources while satisfying customer requirements. The position provides assistance to the Area Warehouse Manager to cover all related functions.
Ensure product safety, quality and legality through enforcement of company policy and regulatory standards.Enforce company quality standards.Maintain the quality standards set by Del Monte Foods, Inc.Establish and maintain a "safety" attitude to assure accident reduction.· Assist in establishing the direct and indirect labeling plans to meet customer orders.Provide assistance in order and managing inventories of fibre, labels, glue, dunnage, pallets, etc. Keep the shipping and receiving schedule on plan to meet customer orders.Oversee the computerized pallet tag system and scanner system -- assist in the implementation, training, ordering of necessary computer hardware, and troubleshooting problems within the system. Coordinate the crewing during pack and off-seasonAssist in management of ordering and storage of cans and lids.Assist in the tracking and labeling of held products (PDR's and RO's)Ensure proper labeling of held lots and maintain tracking system.Coordinate Continuous Improve meetings for the warehouse work teams.Assist the Warehouse Clerk in tracking inventory, interpreting reports, troubleshooting computer problems, and establishing new procedures.Assist in the management of the dispersible recyclable program.Other duties as assigned.Del Monte Foods Leadership Behaviors:

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field.Five (5) years experience managing hourly and salaried employees in a warehousing, manufacturing, or production environment preferred.Non-degreed candidates must have 5 years relative, demonstrable supervisory experience in a Warehouse, Production Manufacturing or Field production operation.Warehouse and Inventory Control, Truck & Rail Transportation Regulations, Budgeting, Cost Control, Sanitation, Food Safety, Quality Assurance, Labor Relations and Equal Employment, Effective Communications.WE OFFER:
