Job Description Insight Global's client is a provider of luxury bathroom products. The company has several distribution centers across the US and are looking for someone to join their team in Mount Laurel. NJ. The candidate for this role must have strong leadership skills in order to help their current team of 7 that is continuing to grow. This person will receive a month+ of training and will have one direct report with the potential to continue growing out this team. On a day to day basis this person will be responsible for shipping and receiving orders, partnering with other distribution centers, keeping track of inventory, communicating with their customer service centers, reporting, and oversight of their direct report as well as the facility as a whole. This is a salaried position with an annual bonus based off both company and individual performance as well as benefits (split with employer), sick time, and PTO.
