Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will contribute to the success of PepsiCo by supervising the day-to-day warehouse operations, with a focus on cost efficiency, continuous improvement on processes, service, and safety for an entire business unit across one shift. Our Warehouse Supervisors also coordinate the receiving, shipping, and material handling responsibilities in the warehouse by supporting the front-line staff. • Transport Loading Operations • Daily Briefing Sheet – send daily staffing report including attendance and cases loaded to warehouse/plant leadership. • Update load tracker for your respective shift. • Conduct and complete monthly safety training; 100% compliance required. • Conduct 30-60-90-day probationary reviews and hand in to the support supervisor for tracking. • Post new schedule weekly, update to reflect changes to personnel, outages, shift changes, etc., as needed. • Maintain staffing needs through job requisitions of open jobs, ensure interview dates and times are met and kept. • Maintain the “Attendance Tracker” and the “Disciplinary Action Tracker” for issues with personnel including attendance points or DARs. • Work performance tracking must be kept for each loader and poor work performance must be tracked and disciplinary action taken for substandard work. • Review, update and maintain any relevant warehouse documentation. • Proactively maintain equipment needed for load out, including forklifts, Voicepick equipment, printers, etc. • Maintain clean, orderly and neat warehouse, e.g. down pallets must be restacked and picked up at the end of each shift. • Conduct daily pre-shift meetings, effectively communicate daily expectations. • Matin clean inside and outside (if relevant) grounds in and around the dock area. • Effectively coach, develop and support a team of warehouse loaders. Compensation and Benefits: • The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,000 - $100,500. • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Qualifications • College degree preferred, not required. • 1 – 2 years of experience managing others, preferred. • Ability for learning or understanding of Warehouse Systems. • People and Culture Leadership.
