Warehouse Supervisor
Join MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in the manufacturing of construction chemicals and building materials, including adhesives, sealants, and specialty products used in flooring, tile, and concrete restoration.  As a Warehouse Supervisor you will lead our team at the local manufacturing facility. You'll oversee all aspects of shipping, receiving and inventory management in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll support the organization by performing essential tasks that ensure safety, efficiency, and precision, helping MAPEI maintain its commitment to quality, reliability and on time delivery in the construction chemicals industry. 
  Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, ensuring the accurate and timely shipment of materials. Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and up to company standards. Oversee shipping and receiving operations, ensuring shipments meet all specifications and that records are maintained accurately. Maintain efficient use of warehouse space, manage inventory, and oversee loading operations. Analyse shipping schedules, bills of lading, and invoices to set priorities and direct workers. Prepare, review and manage report requests and records for accuracy. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.  Use computerized systems to track and monitor inventory, shipments, and performance metrics Operate warehouse equipment (sit-down, stand-up, cherry-picker, clamp, and reach forklifts). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols. Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and able to work effectively in a Windows environment. Experience in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control software, preferred Forklift certification is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently; and up to 100 lbs. with assistance. Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
