J O B S U M M A R Y
With minimal supervision, oversees the fulfillment process and associates.

E S S E N T I A L F U N C T I O N S

Interview of hourly associates

Evaluation of staff efficiency and knowledge

Documentation of process for SOP creation and updates

To be aware of the KPI for each area, evaluate, monitor and report

Ensure order commitment and client’s needs are met

Attend meetings as requested

Hold daily WH huddle meetings

K N O W L E D G E A N D S K I L L S:

Organized and able to multi-task

Work well under pressure, staying focus

Leadership skills and ability to maintain a team environment

Familiar with shipping and receiving process and terminology

Good communication skills both verbally and written

Working knowledge of applicable OSHA requirements

Working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook

E D U C A T I O N A N D E X P E R I E N C E
Some college preferred
HS Diploma/GED required
5+ years of warehouse experience showing elevated responsibility

A starting compensation range for this role is $27.50 per hour. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organization needs and market factors.
