Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations. Responsibilities include maintaining truck temperatures, handling paperwork and invoices, performing food safety tasks, and monitoring key performance indicators. You will supervise evening assemblers, ensure efficient task allocation, and prepare daily schedules. Additionally, you will maintain vendor communication for repairs and assist the logistics manager with employee performance reviews.

Responsibilities:

Maintain truck temperatures and record them before departure.Handle paperwork and invoices.Perform food safety-related tasks.Monitor and improve KPI and accuracy of assemblers.Supervise evening assemblers and report to the manager if necessary.Communicate with vendors for repairs and maintenance.Allocate tasks evenly among assemblers by reviewing the schedule periodically.Prepare daily assembly schedules for efficient output.Arrange and prepare daily paperwork (invoices) for delivery.Assist the logistics manager in writing employee performance reviews.

Essential Skills:

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Oracle system.Experience in warehouse operations, invoicing, and vendor management.Skills in sorting, loading, unloading, and breaking down pallets.Forklift operation, packing, packaging, RF scanner usage, material handling, order picking, and palletizing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Available to work extended hours as needed.Positive work history and solid attendance.Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Oracle system.Understanding of supervision and training principles.Ability to lift heavy objects over 50 pounds.

Work Environment: The work environment is a warehouse with both dry and freezer areas, similar to a smaller-scale Costco. You will be required to wear steel-toe boots and work from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime. Starting and ending times may vary depending on the area of assignment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $31.00
