**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Ensure a safe work environment for all operators by identifying root causes of safety issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Produce finished goods that meet Super Radiator Coils' quality standards.
- Investigate quality trends and implement changes to prevent future issues.
- Meet production schedules by anticipating challenges and procuring necessary assistance.
- Eliminate waste and continuously improve production processes to enhance productivity.
- Utilize the Individual Development Plan (IDP) to foster employee engagement, career development, and job satisfaction.
- Provide clear expectations to employees and manage outcomes through praise and constructive feedback.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to 5S standards.
- Flexibly assist in other departments as needed.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience in an industrial setting or a college degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Leadership.
- Proven ability to implement sustainable change and improve processes.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with all levels of the organization.
- Action-oriented and hands-on approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet customer demands.
