Our client in the Columbus, Ohio area is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Inbound Supervisor to join their team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of inbound shipments within the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and be comfortable using an RF scanner. This position requires strong leadership skills to manage and oversee a team of 5-10 associates while ensuring that all inventory is accurately received and stored. The Inbound Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining an organized and well-managed warehouse, adhering to company processes, and supporting team members in daily operations. The Day-to-Day:

Operate a forklift to load and unload trucks and pull down parts from high bays when needed.Oversee inventory accuracy, making corrections and adjustments as necessary.Manage receiving operations, ensuring all parts are properly put away and accounted for.Supervise a team of 5-10 warehouse associates, providing direction, training, and support.Maintain warehouse organization, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications:

High School DiplomaStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.Time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks.Leadership abilities to oversee and motivate a team.General computer skills required; proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus.Must demonstrate prompt and reliable attendance.
