The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for order processing, shipping and receiving, and inventory control of finished product and will manage the movement of goods into and out of a company. They ensure orders are processed and shipped accurately and on time. 

Oversees and manages material handlers. Maintains and promotes safe working environment. Schedule and assign carrier for shipment and verifies those shipments daily. Prepare shipments for shipping, including packaging, and labeling. Track shipments and update customers on delivery status. Communicate with customers, vendors, and other departments. Process paperwork, such as bills of lading, packing slips, and purchase orders. Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments. Manages finished goods ensuring stock rotation. Manages and ensure shipments meet quality and accuracy standards. Determine the most efficient shipping methods and routes. Prepare shipping quotes for customers.

Requirements

College degree or HS diploma. 3+ years of warehouse supervision experience. Shipping, receiving and inventory control experience. Good communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment.
