Warehouse Supervisor

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor.  This position is ONSITE  M-F 6:00am-3:00pm at our Wilsonville, OR Eaton facility.  

 

 

The expected annual salary range for this role is $67500.0 - $99000.0 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you’ll do:

In this role:

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping.Supervise warehouse staff and provide training and guidance as needed.Maintain high levels of accuracy in inventory management and ensure inventory records are always up to date.Implement and enforce best practices for warehouse organization and cleanliness.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Monitor and manage warehouse staff performance, conduct performance reviews, and enforce disciplinary actions when necessary.Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse processes and improve overall business performance.Prepare regular reports and statistics on warehouse performance.Maintain employee timecardsQualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.Minimum of 1 year warehouse experience. Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.No relocation is being offered. Only candidates currently residing TODAY within a 50-mile radius of the following Eaton location Wilsonville, OR (Portland OR area).  Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without corporate sponsorship now or in the future.


Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.Prior experience with Oracle, AS400, Vista, and InforProven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.A good understanding of the manufacturing processesAPICS Certification
