**Description** Supervisor is expected to work closely with Superintendent and Plant Manager to ensure the following: * Responsible for supervising all operations: * Inbound, outbound, and claims processing * Responsible for delivering objectives including but not limited to: * Cover crews in supervisor's absence * Attend, facilitate, and submit proper documentation for crew meetings * Prepare/maintain work related records as needed * Schedule workforce (including overtime and vacation) * Champion and lead continuous improvement initiatives toward best in class performance Location: 138 - Brownstown Parts Redistribution Ctr (PRC) Skills Required: * Self Starter * Previous UAW/HVC supervisory experience preferred, willing to work rotating work hours when required * Knowledge or ability to learn current systems (SAP/EWM) Excellent oral and written communication skills * Ability to interpret data, evaluate actions, and reach logical conclusions independently * Goal oriented individual * Have Continuous Improvement mind set * Excellent organizational skills and ability to demand accountability from all employees * Other Information: Must be able to work outside of traditional work hours. * Current operational hours are from 6:00 AM until 1:30 AM (2 shifts) * Some weekends might be required * Must have the ability to work overtime/adjust schedule as required, as the business dictates. * Proven dependability record and successful team-oriented experience.
