**Description**
Team Lead
This position is the point-person for the whole line of production and would be my go-to individual to find the pulse of the workflow.
This includes corresponding with management and the rest of the team, some communication with the customer, some administrative tasks, and contributing to production.
This person will have the entire team to help train and understand the overall functions of the program.
This candidate should possess the following skills:
• Ability to develop and use collaborative relationships to accomplish work goals; develop individual relationships by listening, sharing ideas, and appreciating others’ efforts.
• Must promote and contribute to a healthy and collaborative work environment focused on safety and quality.
• Must become familiar with overall functions and processes of the program to accurately and successfully conduct workflow.
• Must be open to coaching and development, while promoting the same for the team.
• Excellent communication to manager, teammates, customers – follow up and follow through.
• Must possess a high level of attention to detail in overseeing quality inspections, communications with the customer, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Internet, web-based, and job-specific software applications. Must be proficient with ability to type and update computer system quickly and accurately.
• Must be a self-starter and ability to work with little direction in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a team player with a high level of energy self-motivation.
• Prefer to have mechanical/assembly experience or some degree of mechanical aptitude.
• Experience working with power tools, wrenches, etc.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 1-3 years of experience. Experience working as a lead in Mechanic Shop, Production/Assembly, Warehousing or Transportation industry preferred. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken in to consideration.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
