Our client in the Grandview, MO area is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure the efficient distribution of products. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to supervise purchasing activities to maintain an uninterrupted supply of materials and equipment at optimal costs. In addition to leading operational activities, the Warehouse Supervisor will play a critical role in maintaining workflow efficiency and ensuring the warehouse runs smoothly. The Day-to-Day:

Supervise and lead all operational activities required for the timely and efficient distribution of products.Oversee the purchasing of materials and equipment to ensure a consistent supply at optimal cost.Maintain workflow efficiency and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.Work closely with warehouse staff to improve processes and enhance productivity.Provide leadership, training, and support to team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required.1-5 years of relevant warehouse or supervisory experience.Basic mathematical skills for inventory management and purchasing tasks.Experience with Six Sigma methodology is preferred.Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable.

Pay Rate/Shifts:

$19.64 to $21.64 /hrTuesday to Saturday4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Some OT is required)
