From endlessly recyclable aluminum cans, and cups, to aerosol bottles, our goal is to contribute to a better community, society, and world.** **Position overview:** Ensure and carry out the activities of reception and dispatch of the company's goods, both finished products and raw materials, and their subsequent location in the warehouse. **Key responsibilities include:** Organise and distribute finished products, semi-finished products and auxiliary materials in the warehouse. Carry out periodic inventories of finished products, raw materials and auxiliary materials. Ensure proper rotation of stored products. Observe stock of both finished product and raw materials in the warehouse. Carry out the verification of finished product (finished MO / picks / number of pallets). Supervise the entry of raw materials: Check the order forms and/or delivery notes to verify that the orders match. Supervise the unloading of materials following the criteria established by the company in terms of risk prevention, environment, and quality. Ensure the necessary spare parts to carry out maintenance and have a stable process (be the minimum time under the safety stock and never with the current stock at 0 of essential spare parts). Ensure correct identification of spare parts within the software. Update when necessary, based on supplier modification, price, plan, safety stock, maximum or real stock (location, price, supplier, supplier email, documentation, plan, max-imum stock, safety stock, etc.). Monitor the results and indicators to identify deviations from the established ob-jectives, diagnose the reasons and propose improvement actions. Control that people comply with the protocols for the withdrawal of spare parts and materials, in order to avoid endangering the supply. Distribute the space (the layout of the warehouse) in a logical and efficient way to achieve optimum performance and agility for the authorised personnel to lo-cate the references. Ensure the management of Navision program in order to: control stocks, man-age delivery notes, etc. Respect and comply with the Health and Safety rules. **What are we looking for?** Academic qualification: the position requires TSO (Technical Secondary School) / ASO (General Secondary School) minimum education level Specific training: Forklift Truck Licence Minimum5 years' experience in similar functions **Ball Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
