Job Description

Compensation: $64,000-$67,275

Schedule

Sunday - 10 am - 9 pm (until close) 

Monday/Tuesday - 12 pm - 9 pm (until close)

Wednesday/Thursday - 10 am - 6 pm 

*Salaried position; overtime required as needed*

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Provide daily hands-on support and leadership for the department.Administer daily job tasks to warehouse team.Assist Manager with quarterly counting and/or annual physical inventories using Warehouse Management System Coordinate team member tasks and responsibilities to receive, store, and load food products and support goods with established company standardsEnsure a safe and positive work environment in compliance with OSHA, company standards, local, state, and federal requirementsAssist in compiling daily key indicatorsAccurately complete all necessary paperworkReview the load sheet and verify the accuracy of the assembled loadPerforms regular Gemba walks

As needed, fills in for Warehouse team members and performs tasks necessary to meet warehouse goals.

Qualifications2-3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse, manufacturing or productionThorough knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory controlBasic understanding of 5SSolid knowledge of OSHA regulationsSolid knowledge of Microsoft Office software

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Walking in/ around the warehouse with great frequency; many facilities are over a quarter mile in lengthRegular bending, lifting, stretching and moving totes up to 49 poundsMust be able to work in extreme temperatures [33-38 degrees], and in environments with exposure to loud machinery
