Oversee and direct warehouse operations, ensuring smooth, efficient workflows.
Lead daily warehouse meetings and participate in key production, labor planning, safety, and management meetings.
Act as the primary point of contact for Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Production regarding material management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement process optimizations.
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements, including OSHA, DOT, DOL, HACCP, SQF, and Allergen Programs.
Hire, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Monitor labor, material, and inventory costs—identifying and executing cost-saving opportunities.
Maintain strict adherence to company policies, ensuring payroll accuracy and enforcement of rules and regulations.
What You Bring to the Table:
2+ years of progressive leadership experience in a warehouse/distribution environment.
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Deep knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills to navigate a fast-paced environment.
A passion for continuous improvement, problem-solving, and efficiency optimization.
Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
