Responsibilities Lead and supervise the receiving team to ensure timely processing of shipments. Inspect aircraft parts and verify compliance with receiving procedures and regulations. Review and enter receiving paperwork into the ERP system, ensuring accuracy. Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and documentation for compliance. Monitor updates to the General Procedures Manual and implement changes. Collaborate with other departments to expedite orders and manage inventory. Inspect and organize incoming shipments, maintaining a tidy receiving area. Supervise team performance, provide training, and address issues as needed. Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency. Maintain cleanliness and order in the receiving area, including waste management.   Qualifications High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field (preferred) Logistics or Supply Chain certification (preferred) 5+ years in a receiving or inventory management role, preferably in aviation Experience with ERP systems (Quantum is a plus) Proficient in MS Office Suite; strong communication and leadership abilities Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23kg) High accuracy in inspection and data entry Strong decision-making and issue resolution skills Employment Details Salary: Market-Competitive Salaries Benefits: Permanent full-time role with benefits including health coverage, paid time off, work-life balance, and career growth opportunities Schedule: Must be available for both morning and afternoon shifts, with flexibility required from Monday to Friday.    Interested in Warehouse Supervisor (Aviation) role in Calgary, Alberta?
