Job Summary

We are now looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to be a member of IFF Warehouse team in our Gebze site.

Job Description;

· Responsible for warehouses with a total capacity of 5,000 pallets, managing all logistics and storage activities both administratively and functionally,

· To be responsible for operators in the area (apx. 30 people),

· Coordinating the relations and communication with Production, Production Planning, Quality Assurance and Quality Control, Technical Services, Purchasing, Marketing and Sales departments according to sales plans,

· Forecasting increasing capacity needs and performing efficiency analyses,

· Contributing to process developments to increase the efficiency of storage, goods acceptance, and shipping processes,

· Performing performance monitoring of processes and preparing monthly activity reports,

· Following up warehouse activities and performing process improvement studies,

· Ensuring that warehouse areas are following GMP standards regarding the inspections of domestic and international health authorities, keeping, revising, and controlling records related to the warehouse.

Job Requirements;

· Graduated from the departments of Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Business and Logistics of universities,

· At least 2-3 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management processes, preferably in the food sector,

· Very good written/spoken English language skills,

· Proficient in MS Office programs,

· Able to use SAP MM and WM modules at an advanced level,

· Preferably knowledgeable in GMP,

· Proficient in occupational health and safety, environmental management system,

· Able to perform capacity analysis and performance measurements,

· Experienced in team management and strong interpersonal-functional communication skills,

· Developed coordination, planning and management skills, high result oriented.
