This is a Monday to Friday 11PM to 7AM, Warehouse Supervisor opening in Milton, ON. This is a direct hire, full time position within Lineage.

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations in our unionized, cold storage facility. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in complex warehouse operations, managing 40+ team members, and a strong track record of accomplishments with the ability to work with Operations leadership to make certain company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met.

Key Responsibilities:Supervise, train, and provide performance feedback to ensure team productivity and efficiency.Manage inbound/outbound shipments, inventory organization, and warehouse operations.Oversee resource allocation, production schedules, and operational reporting.Resolve employee issues and maintain communication across all levels of the organization.Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including accident investigation procedures.Qualifications:2+ years of supervisory experience in distribution or warehouse operations (not production/manufacturing).Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).Strong conflict management and leadership skills.Ability to work in a cold storage environment (-25°C/-20°F) and lift up to 40 lbs.This role requires someone with a proven ability to manage complex operations, drive results, and lead a team in a dynamic environment.
