If you enjoy continuous learning and are excited about working with and creating technological solutions, explore career opportunities with Greene, Tweed. **Job summary** : + Manage all aspects of Warehouse Operations at the plant. + Immediate responsibilities include shipping, receiving, inventory, and cycle counts. + Serve as a key member of the plant leadership team to achieve key initiatives. + Coordinate warehouse functions: receiving, shipping, and material handling. + Focus on cost efficiency, process improvement, service, and safety for the business unit. + Implement and maintain S4 HANA, ERP activities **Essential Duties/Responsibilities** : + Design and maintain business processes for semi-finished and finished goods warehouses; Ensure timely and cost-effective storage, maintenance, retrieval, packaging, labeling, and delivery. + Plan, direct, and control inbound and outbound freight activities. + Develop strategies, systems, and processes aligned with business needs. + Apply root cause analysis to resolve logistics problems locally and globally. + Act as the primary interface between Warehouse Operations and other functions; Participate in meetings on critical issues and resolutions with Manufacturing Managers and stakeholders. + Ensure effective communication between Warehouse and other functions and across shifts. + Implement Lean tools to eliminate waste and deploy 5S throughout areas of influence. + Identify resource needs and drive improvements to systems and processes. **Required Minimum Qualifications** **Education/Certifications:** + BS/BA Degree required **Skills and Experience:** + 5-8+ years of leadership experience in warehousing, shipping, receiving, or logistics. + Ability to plan departmental growth aligned with organizational vision and strategy. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills. + Proven problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. + Experience in directing, planning, and scheduling work for a team. + Highly self-motivated with the ability to influence others across all organizational levels. + Strong attention to detail, able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. + Working knowledge of SAP/S4HANA in a EWM/IM environment is required. + Fluent in English and Korean. **Preferred:** + LEAN or Six Sigma certification with a record of successful projects. + Experience in export/compliance procedures (TSCA, RoHS, WEEE, DOT, etc.). + Proven knowledge and experience in managerial functions, especially in warehouse operations and logistics. + CPIM/APICS certification. **Job Environment** : **Physical Requirements:** Standing Occasionally (16-45%) Sitting Frequently (46-100%) Lifting Up to 15lbs without assistance Carrying Up to 15lbs without assistance Walking Frequently (46-100%) Hearing Ability to detect noises with or without corrective device(s) Vision Clarity of vision, with or without corrective lenses **Mental Requirements:** Problem Solving Frequently (46-100%) Making Decisions Ability to make decisions that have a moderate impact Supervise Frequently (46-100%) Interpret Data Occasionally (16-45%) Organize Frequently (46-100%) Read/Write Frequently (46-100%) Communication Frequently (46-100%) **Work Environment** High Temperatures Rarely (0-15%) Low Temperatures Rarely (0-15%) Noises Loud (manufacturing environment, movement of large equipment) Fumes Exposure Rarely (0-15%) Note: This Job Description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position.
