**Job Title: Warehouse Support** **Job Description** We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Customer Support Associate with strong computer skills and a high sense of ownership and urgency. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and be a problem solver. **Responsibilities** + Utilize strong computer skills to pull parts and fulfill work orders using RF Guns for inventory control. + Work closely with Production Control, Production, Material Planning, and other departments to ensure SAP and actual inventories are always in sync and that material flows properly. + Perform cycle counting and put material to stock. + Ensure material is appropriately issued for the Repair Orders/Sales Orders. + Collaborate cross-functionally to fulfill parts orders for AOG's. **Essential Skills** + Strong computer skills and experience with warehouse management systems, SAP, ERP systems, Oracle, and similar software. + Proficiency in data entry and inventory control. + Experience in a warehouse environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED. + Previous warehouse experience. + Good communication and organizational skills. + Good understanding of warehouse safety regulations. + Physical dexterity and experience operating relevant equipment. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values professionalism, responsibility, and a high sense of ownership.
