**Warehouse Team Lead** + _1st shift_ + _Caledonia, MI_ + _$21/hour to start_ **Job Description** The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the distribution center, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols. The candidate will lead a team of warehouse associates (up to 10 people), motivating the team to achieve daily performance targets while maintaining high standards of quality and service. Additionally, the candidate will keep track of inventory for the team and utilize ERP/SAP functions. **Responsibilities** + Oversee daily operations of the distribution center + Ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols + Lead and motivate a team of up to 10 warehouse associates + Achieve daily performance targets while maintaining high standards of quality and service + Keep track of inventory for the team + Utilize ERP/SAP functions **Essential Skills** + 2-4 years of team lead experience (warehouse preferred) + 1 year of ERP/SAP experience + Ability to lift up to 25lbs + Experience with forklift, inventory, receiver, RF scanner, order picking, shipping & receiving **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience working in a regulated FDA/ISO environment (nice to have) + Basic math skills + Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite **Why Work Here?** This company prides itself on great culture and giving back to the community. The schedule is 1st shift from 6am-3pm, Monday-Friday, with a starting pay of $21/hr. Saturday work is voluntary.
