Our client, in Milton VT is seeking a warehouse team leader to join their team to join their team. You will be trained to assist and supervise the warehouse team and update management as needed. **Job Title: Warehouse Team Lead** **Location: Milton VT** **Pay Range: 22.50 +** **What’s the Job?** + Inventory Functions. + Unpacks, inspects, receives inbound, outbound freight. + Use computer, handheld electronic units, voice commend headsets. + Use hand carts, pallet jacks, forklifts, cherry pickers, and run shrink wrap machinery. + Put product away in appropriate areas; with inbound/outbound freight and Replens. + Organizes product, by expiration date and keeps clean organize work areas. + Is dependable, punctual, accurate, and has quality to work. + Communicates with Operations and Inventory Manager. + Assigning and overseeing daily task. + Maintains harmony among staff. + Provides input with reviews. + Making sure all staff stay on task and answer questions/concerns that arise. + Follow all safety and security policies and procedures. + Perform other duties as assigned. **REQUIREMENTS** + A HS Diploma or GED + Knowledge of database software. + Ability to read, write, do mathematics, and comprehend instructions. + Ability to work as team, quickly adapt, learn new skills, and moves independently. + Support and lead with organizational and time management skills. + Excellent interpersonal, relationship building skills and problem solving. + This is an essential on-site position during inclement weather. **PHYSICAL DEMANDS** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
