Pay, Shift and Work Days:

Mornings $20.00 an hour, working 4am to 12:30pm, Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday Mid Days $20.50 an hour, working noon to 8:30pm, Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday Nights $21.00 an hour, working 8:00pm to 4:30am, Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday

ProLogistix Warehouse Team Leads primary job duties:

Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, ensuring efficient workflow, proper task delegation, and adherence to safety and productivity standards. Operational Efficiency: Monitor daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes, to meet performance goals. Training & Compliance: Train and mentor team members on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and company policies to maintain a well-functioning and compliant work environment. Problem-Solving & Reporting: Address operational challenges, resolve inventory discrepancies, and communicate key updates to management to improve overall efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

12 months or more recent relevant Warehouse team leader experience of 10 or more warehouse workers in a fast pace warehouse  HS Diploma or GED required Lead by Example, Motivate, Train and direct team of warehouse workers to meet or exceed production goals Lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk bend reach and grasp Problem Solving and course correction ability Intermediate computer skills Team builder and leader Organized and Multi-tasker Bilingual in English & Spanish HIGHLY DESIRABLE!
