We are proud to offer an extensive and iconic portfolio of highly recognizable, sustainably sourced, and conveniently packaged branded beverages distributed across more than 150,000 retail outlets. **If you are a current associate of Primo Brands, please apply via MyADP.** Location: Victorville, CA Work schedule: Monday through Friday Start time: 1pm - until workload completed, 8+ hours Compensation: $22.00 p/hr Responsibilities The **ReadyRefresh Field Warehouse Lead** is a critical role within a branch warehouse operation, to coach, develop, and lead front-line warehouse personnel while also working as part of the shift work team. **Responsibilities** + Supports the training process for front-line team members + Provides coaching and feedback to team members; including scorecard reviews when needed + Communicates effectively to team members and leads through changes in company policies and initiatives + Leads through communication via a daily warehouse planning meeting + Supports execution of work safety programs & training + Full-Service Loading tasks as required + Ensure accurate loading of all products + General housekeeping of Warehouse including consolidation of product, sweeping, organizing, etc. + Yard clean up + Complete safety inspections in warehouse + Load / Unload trailers + Ship / Receive / Validate all product deliveries and returns + Organize / stage product to support daily warehouse operations Qualifications **Qualifications** + 1-2 years warehouse experience, preferred + Demonstrates confidence and influence in achieving productivity goals + Skilled communicator (in groups and 1-on-1), who can set clear expectations + Ability to hold direct reports accountable, quantitatively and qualitatively + Ability to provide training and development for warehouse team + Demonstrates excellent role model and peer leadership behaviors and influence + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail + Ability to handle physical requirements, including, but not limited to, repeated bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting up to 45 pounds + Able to conduct regular inventory audits + Able to safely use various warehouse equipment, including a forklift + Valid driver’s license + College degree preferred / High School diploma or equivalent work experience required + PC experience preferred (RMS, Excel, etc.) Primo Brands’ established portfolio includes billion-dollar brands Poland Spring® and Pure Life®, premium brands like Saratoga® and Mountain Valley®, regional leaders such as Arrowhead®, Deer Park®, Ice Mountain® Ozarka®, and Zephyrhills®, purified brands, Primo Water® and Sparkletts®, and flavored and enhanced brands like Splash® and AC+ION®.
