**Job Posting: Warehouse Technician** **$** **20.00/hour** We’re looking for dedicated Warehouse Technicians to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for a variety of warehouse duties, including receiving, stock picking, packing, shipping, and light assembly work. We’re seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to safety, quality, and teamwork. **Key Responsibilities:** + Meet job requirements related to Safety, Productivity, Quality, Attendance, and teamwork + Pack small and large parts, load/unload trucks, and manage order picking + Count parts, wrap products, and handle export packing, crating, and labeling + Perform shipping and receiving tasks, stock keeping, cycle-counting, and maintain housekeeping standards + Operate ORACLE and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) + Use RF picking systems and various PC applications + Read and interpret pick tickets, packing instructions, safety alerts, and other communications + Follow instructions for light assembly work, including reading drawings + Operate forklifts and other equipment as needed + Perform additional tasks as assigned **Minimum Qualifications:** + At least 1 year of prior warehousing experience + Minimum 6 months of Forklift Driving experience **Desired Skills and Experience:** + Strong knowledge of safety procedures and practices + Ability to work flexible hours with overtime when necessary + Forklift Certification preferred + Ability to quickly learn new skills or equipment + Prior PC experience, especially with ORACLE or similar systems + Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude + Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer focus **Physical Demands:** + Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods + Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds + Operate mobile equipment as needed + Regular use of personal protective equipment (PPE) + Requires dexterity to operate hand tools + Regular attendance and interaction with team members If you’re a motivated individual who enjoys working in a supportive team environment, apply today to take the next step in your career with us! **Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
