**Job Title: Warehouse Worker | ALL SHIFTS | $17-20 HR** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team. As a Material Handler, you will play a vital role in the production process by managing the movement and handling of materials in a clean and temperature-controlled environment. This position operates on the 3rd shift from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday. **Responsibilities** + Retrieve different resin materials. + Move materials, supplies, and components from warehouse to molding production area and vice versa. + Mix thermoplastic materials and coloring pigments according to supplied formula in Process Books. + Recycle packaging materials. + Ensure first in-first out and material identification are maintained in documentation system. + Support Molding Process Technicians in operating injection molding presses. + Assist in the loading of molds and the cleaning of dryers, loaders, and material bins. + Issue and return materials through Epicor (ERP). + Handle materials and manually switch over materials used on machinery. + Perform daily machine inspections and complete appropriate paperwork. **Essential Skills** + Experience in assembly, sub-assembly, and general labor. + Proficiency in operating machinery and forklifts. + Knowledge in inventory management, picking, packaging, and material handling. + Experience with RF scanners and shipping processes. + Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prior experience in warehouse or industrial/manufacturing environment preferred. + Customer-focused from both an internal and external perspective. + Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of the organization. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a very clean and temperature-controlled work environment with music playing overhead on the manufacturing floor. The workplace is drama-free and not physically demanding. The facility is temperature-controlled, and music is played overhead on the manufacturing floor. Each shift has around 20 people in production.
