**Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **Job Description** This job is responsible for receiving incoming parts and supplies, restocking Kanban bins, communicating with vendors regarding the status of shipments, preparing customer shipments, and additional duties as required. The Coordinator must meet aggressive deadlines and maintain a strong customer focus. A wide degree of creativity and initiative is expected in this role. **Responsibilities** + Receive incoming parts and supplies + Restock Kanban bins + Communicate with vendors regarding the status of shipments + Prepare customer shipments + Meet aggressive deadlines + Maintain a strong customer focus + Perform additional duties as required **Essential Skills** + 1-3 years domestic and international shipping experience + Knowledge of international shipping procedures and paperwork + Knowledge of UPS, FedEx, and LTL processes + Oral and written communication skills + Basic to intermediate computer skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Warehouse experience is a plus + Detail-oriented + Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles preferred + Experience with Vantage preferred **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a clean work environment and ample growth potential. **Work Environment** Work hours are from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. The role is in a warehouse setting with no air conditioning.
