Job Description

Daily responsibilities will mainly include operating a forklift. The candidate might also help with measuring and cutting materials on the saw. Overall, the candidate will be asked to do a little bit of everything - operating a sit-down forklift, performing inventory of bar grating materials along with reading blueprints, measuring materials, and cutting them to client specifications.

ResponsibilitiesOperate a sit-down forklift.Perform inventory of bar grating materials.Read blueprints and measure materials.Cut materials to client specifications using various saws.Assist with general labor tasks as needed.Essential SkillsExperience operating a sit-down forklift.Proficiency in using a tape measure.Experience with saw operating, including band saw, miter saw, and chop saw.Ability to read blueprints.Knowledge of metal fabrication and steel grinding.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Small to medium-sized warehouse/fab shop specializing in fabricating and distributing bar grating. The facility is equipped with various saws and forklifts, and the dress code is appropriate for a fabrication environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
