**Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **Job Description** We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping inventory. You will use inventory software or an RF scan gun, stack skids and pallets, and ensure the work environment is clean and organized. This position requires physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, stooping, bending, and lifting materials up to 50 pounds. **Responsibilities** + Receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship inventory. + Use inventory software or RF scan gun. + Stack skids and pallets. + Ensure aisles, equipment, staging areas, and workstations are free of debris and neat. + Move material through the facility using a pallet jack. + Stand, walk, reach, stoop, bend, and crawl to get materials. + Lift, pull, and push materials up to 50 pounds. **Essential Skills** + General warehouse experience. + Materials handling experience. + Experience using an RF scan gun. + Ability to lift boxes and handle materials. + Experience in packing, inventory, picking, and shipping & receiving. + At least one year of experience in warehousing and manufacturing. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + RF scan gun experience required. + WMS experience preferred but not required. + HS diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. **Why Work Here?** We offer full health, dental, and vision insurance, along with the potential of 136 hours of PTO. You will also have the opportunity for a raise every 6 months. **Work Environment** The work environment is a manufacturing setting that is non-climate controlled, loud, and dusty. There is no AC, but large fans are used throughout the facility. Heaters are present, but large dock doors are often open. The position requires wearing PPE, including safety goggles, a hard hat, and gloves, all of which are provided. Steel-toe shoes are required. The dress code allows for short sleeve or long sleeve shirts (no tank tops), pants or shorts (at least mid-thigh and made of jean material), and no large hoop or dangling earrings. Phones are allowed in pockets but cannot be used on the floor, and no music or earphones are permitted. Lockers with a combination lock are provided.
