The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently handling incoming and outgoing shipments, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment. **Responsibilities:** + Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory items + Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment + Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records + Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently + Ensure all products are stored and handled properly to prevent damage + Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse + Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines **Additional Skills &** **Qualifications:** + No education requirements. + Would like them to have spent at least 9 months doing a similar job + Must have excellent attention to detail and be accuracy focused **About Aerotek:** We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
