**Job Title: Production Worker** Responsibilities: + Operate machinery on the production line. + Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards. + Monitor the production process and perform quality checks. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times. + Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors. + Assist with packaging and labeling of finished products. + Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment. + Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Requirements: + Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred. + Ability to operate machinery. + Strong attention to detail and quality. + Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. + Good communication and teamwork skills. + Basic math skills for counting. + Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
