**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** Candidates may use a cart to pick and prepare orders by walking up different aisles. You must operate at a quick pace to ensure all orders are picked for the day. Candidates must be willing to be trained on a reach truck that may need to reach up to 50ft or a cherry picker that will elevate a person up to 50ft, but harnessed in. **Responsibilities** + Pick and prepare orders using a cart + Operate at a quick/fast pace to ensure all orders are picked for the day + Be willing to train on a reach truck and cherry picker + Handle material using pallet jacks and other equipment + Use RF scanners and scan guns for order picking **Essential Skills** + Ability to operate at a fast pace + Prior warehouse experience of at least 6 months + Willingness to be trained on material handling equipment **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with picking, packing, RF scanners, scan guns, stand-up picking, loading, and reach trucks + Comfortable working at heights of up to 50ft + Entry-level candidates will be considered if they can meet the company standards and pace of work **Why Work Here?** The industry they support are hospitals, which are always operational regardless of holidays or weather. Once a candidate converts they will receive another 2 dollar + increase on the hourly rate. **Work Environment** This is a 380,000 square foot distribution center with brand new equipment and racks. The culture is fast-paced, with everyone doing their job and helping one another. The environment is quiet with music playing loudly for everyone to enjoy. Employees work mostly 10-hour shifts but may need to work up to 12-hour shifts as needed. The first shift runs from 5am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
