**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** As a Warehouse Worker, you will assist in the daily functions of the warehouse, particularly focusing on the receiving portion. You will oversee inspections of incoming goods and manage all receiving and processing functions. Additionally, you will lead continuous improvement projects to enhance the department's efficiency and organization. **Responsibilities** + Responsible for all receiving tasks, including unloading overseas containers and air shipments, as well as domestic goods. + Check in and physically move all inbound freight to assigned locations. + Receive and process all goods into the ISAH system with appropriate paperwork and accurate locations and quantities. + Provide all receiving paperwork to the accounting department. + Perform incoming inspections, verifying the correctness and quality of received goods, checking for physical defects, and ensuring technical functionality according to the AQL method. + Maintain and check the 2-Bin system and work from the 2-Bin replenisher. + Consolidate ongoing parts and organize the warehouse efficiently. + Lead continuous improvement projects, including full warehouse re-organization and part consolidation. **Essential Skills** + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times per shift. + Proficiency in matching part numbers to purchase orders. + Basic computer skills, including data entry in Excel and use of FedEx/UPS websites. + Experience in a fast-paced environment with metric-based performance. + Previous shipping and receiving experience, including creating labels using FedEx/UPS systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Good communication skills and a proactive attitude. **Why Work Here?** Join a friendly and collaborative team in a clean, quiet, and climate-controlled warehouse environment. The team works closely together in a supportive and friendly atmosphere. The work shift is Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional overtime and potential Saturday shifts.
