Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented **Warehouse Worker** to join our client’s dynamic team in West Fargo, ND. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately building outgoing loads, picking products, and loading trucks. Your attention to detail and efficiency will be key to ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries. **Available Shift:** Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM **Top reasons to work with Adecco:** + Competitive weekly pay: $18.50 per hour + Upskilling opportunities through the Adecco Aspire Academy + Dedicated onboarding specialist to guide from offer to your first day. **Qualifications:** + Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively. + Forklift and pallet jack experience required. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Key Responsibilities:** + Accurately build outgoing loads for route delivery trucks. + Load route trucks and semi-trailers using forklifts or pallet jacks. + Pick products by matching numbers and descriptions using a voice audio headset. + Hand stack cases of product up to 50 pounds repetitively. + Place beverage products in a defined stacking pattern onto pallets. + Hand shrink wrap customer orders and move them to the loading dock. + Report product discrepancies or quality issues to supervision. + Follow safety procedures and adhere to company policies. + Maintain a clean and safe work environment. **Pay Details:** $18.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
