**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our warehouse. You will be responsible for overseeing inspections of incoming goods, handling all receiving and processing functions, and leading continuous improvement projects. You will be part of a team of six, each with specific roles, and your primary responsibility will be the receiving portion of the warehouse. **Responsibilities** + Responsible for all receiving + Unloading all overseas containers and air shipments + Unloading all domestic goods including small parcel shipments + Checking in and physically moving all inbound freight into assigned locations + Receiving and processing all goods into ISAH with appropriate paperwork (packing slips, POD, etc.) with accurate locations and quantities + Providing all receiving paperwork to accounting + Responsible for incoming inspection + Checking and verifying the goods received (checking one box for verification of correct product and quantity) + Checking for physical defects + Checking technical functionality of parts according to AQL method + Responsible for 2-Bin maintenance and checking of work from 2-Bin replenisher + Responsible for ongoing part consolidation and warehouse and part organization + Lead all continuous improvement projects + Full warehouse re-organization (physical and ISAH) with accurate locations and quantities + Part consolidation + 2-Bin restructure + Spare parts warehouse **Essential Skills** + Ability to lift 50 pounds + Ability to match part numbers + Computer skills, including Excel and FedEx/UPS website + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment + Experience with metric-based performance + Shipping and receiving experience + Experience utilizing FedEx/UPS system and creating labels for shipments **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with warehouse operations + Knowledge of ISAH system + Strong organizational skills + Ability to multitask + Attention to detail + Team-oriented and self-motivated **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(K) savings plan with company match, paid time off, company-paid shutdowns, and company-paid holidays.
