As a Warehouse Worker, you’ll play a crucial role in our operations by picking orders and ensuring efficient loading and unloading of trucks. This is a hands-on position that requires teamwork and physical stamina, perfect for those who enjoy staying active. **Key Responsibilities** + **Order Picking:** Efficiently pick orders from pick sheets to meet daily targets. + **Loading & Unloading:** Collaborate with a partner to load and unload trucks by hand, lifting garage sections weighing between 40 - 125 pounds. + **General Maintenance:** Keep the warehouse clean and organized by performing tasks such as sweeping and taking out the garbage. + **Heavy Lifting:** Engage in significant lifting, including overhead and shoulder height, and utilize a ladder for various tasks. **Essential Skills** + Ability to lift up to 60 lbs independently and up to 70 lbs with a partner. + Strong communication skills in English (reading, speaking, and writing). + A minimum of 3 months of relevant warehouse experience, including order picking and loading/unloading. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in material handling, shipping and receiving, packing, and inventory management is a plus! **Why Work Here?** This is an exciting **contract position** through January, with the potential for **contract-to-hire** based on performance and business needs.
