**Now Hiring General Warehouse Workers** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated General Warehouse Workers for our receiving section. This role is for the 1st Shift (6 AM - 3 PM) from Monday to Friday, and no overtime is required. Candidates will manage incoming inventory and ensure efficient workflow in a busy area. **Responsibilities** + Work in the receiving section of the warehouse, handling all incoming inventory. + Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations. + Provide excellent customer service, especially during daily pick-up orders. + Lift up to 50lbs occasionally. + Count skids and products accurately, which is a critical aspect of the job. + Operate sit-down hi-lo forklifts (training and certification will be provided). **Essential Skills** + Detail-oriented with a high sense of urgency. + Ability to efficiently work and communicate with team members. + Great customer service skills. + 6 months of manufacturing experience (warehouse, assembly, or general labor). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Willingness to be a team player and eagerness to learn. + Forklift experience **Why Work Here?** We offer weekly attendance bonuses even for temp-to-hire employees, $200 per year for boots or other PPE, BCBS benefits once direct, and a brand new, temperature-controlled facility with a fully stocked break room.
