Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with forklift operations, inventory management, and general warehouse duties. This role requires adherence to safety regulations and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain a safe forklift driving record.Safely load and unload parts and materials throughout the factory.Complete forklift inspections and communicate maintenance issues to the supervisor.Use a daily replenishment report to restock bins with parts used in the shipping warehouse.Follow a cycle count program to maintain accurate inventory levels.Assist team members in locating missing or misplaced items.Pull materials and in-process assembled and fabricated parts/materials in and out of inventory for use on department work orders.Maintain current and accurate records pertaining to inventory levels.Assist with the organization and housekeeping of the facility.Work outside during inclement weather conditions to load and unload materials/parts.Comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, DOT, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies.Essential SkillsForklift operationPacking and labelingInventory managementProduction supportOrder pickingMaterial handlingUse of RF scannersLoading and unloadingWarehouse inventory managementSit-down forklift operationAdditional Skills & QualificationsAbility to lift light to medium weight up to 75 lbs.Ability to work in all weather conditionsAbility to stoop, bend, reach, walk, and perform repetitive motions using hands to grasp, push, pull, or do fine manipulationsAbility to sit for prolonged periodsWhy Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment requires the use of iPads, computers, and scanners. The role involves working both indoors and outdoors, sometimes in inclement weather conditions. Adherence to safety policies is mandatory.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract-to-hire position based out of Arlington, Washington.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00
