**Inventory Specialist Needed For Food Manufacturing Company in Totowa, NJ** **_Please apply, and can start within same week of applying!_** **Location:** Totowa, NJ **Position:** Inventory Specialist **Shift:** 7:30am—4pm (overtime is available) **Pay:** $22/hour ; Overtime: $33.00/hour _Full benefits offered with the position. Needs to track orders in and out, work the 3PLs to get pickups scheduled. Label outgoing product and QC w/ the order slips. Ship all orders Receive in new material Process paperwork for next day orders, labels, COA, SDS. Process all incoming orders for Florida (satellite warehouse). Email satellite warehouse, daily, for order shipping confirmation with required billing paperwork. Print out labels for new material(s) received. Call in truckers. Log all orders and input information for commercial invoices on all international orders. Enter new material on inventory cards. Deduct material on inventory cards for all shipped orders domestically Take calls from vendors and make delivery appointments. Enter information into the federal express/ups systems, as required.
